Forcon - Cold Formed Hollow Sections to EN10219

Forcon® cold formed hollow sections form part of the Tata Steel Tubes Europe Cold Form Business product range.

With its exact tolerances, smooth surface finish, excellent weldabilty and high strength, Forcon® provides a complete range of round, square and rectangular cold formed hollow sections for construction purposes.

Available in grades, S235, S275 and S355, Forcon® fully complies with the European specification EN10219 and is supplied with a 2.2 test report to EN10204 if requested. A 3.1 test report can also be supplied.

Forcon® is available in standard lengths of 6 and 12 metres.

Circular Hollow Sections
Forcon® circular hollow sections are supplied to EN10219 S235 J0H and EN10219 S275 J2H.

Circular hollow sections to EN10219 S235 J0H are available in sizes from 26.9 x 2.0 OD up to and including 323.9 x 10.0 OD.

Circular hollow sections to EN10219 S275 J2H are available in sizes from 133.0 x 3.0 OD up to and including 323.9 x 10.0 OD.

A complementary range of sizes are also available from our UK mills. Circular hollow sections to EN10219 S355 J2H are available in sizes up to and including 508.0 x 16.0 OD.

Rectangular Hollow Sections
Forcon® rectangular hollow sections are supplied to EN10219 S235 J0H, EN10219 S275 J2H and EN10219 S355 J2H.

Rectangular hollow sections to EN10219 S235 J0H are available in sizes from 20 x 20 x 1.5 up to and including 100 x 100 x 6.0 and the equivalent rectangles.

Rectangular hollow sections to EN10219 S275 J2H and EN10219 S355 J2H are available in sizes from 120 x 120 x 3 up to and including 250 x 250 x 10.0 and the equivalent rectangles.

A complementary range of sizes are also available from our UK mills. Rectangular hollow sections to EN10219 S355 J2H are available in sizes up to and including 300 x 300 x 10.0 and the equivalent rectangles.
