FibreFlor® Mesh Free Composite Floor System

Traditionally composite metal deck construction utilises mesh fabric reinforcement. This involves the delivery, lifting and installation of welded wire mesh on to the floor prior to the pouring of concrete. The time and costs involved make mesh relatively unpopular with contractors and the mesh itself is a hindrance to other site operations. Maintaining the correct mesh height, position, concrete cover and laps can be difficult during mesh placement and concrete pouring.

FibreFlor reinforcement is provided within the concrete, delivered and ready to pump at site. Significantly this can reduce installation times by up to 20%.
