Trimapanel® System

• The Trimapanel® System has a unique secret fix joint design, which allows the primary fixings to be hidden from view, this together with the external micro rib provides flat external aesthetics.
• The flexible design allows vertical and horizontal panel installation and incorporates a wide range of colours, finishes and three module sizes.
• A Schuco Integrated window system is available, tested and approved to CWCT’s weather ability and structural standards.
• The panel is fully filled with closed cell foam eliminating the risk of interstitial condensation and providing a consistent insulation performance over the building envelope.
• Trimapanel® System is manufactured in factory conditions operating to BS EN ISO 9001:2008.
• Panel lengths up to 12 m are available to optimise speed of installation and minimise waste.
• LPCB (Loss Prevention Certification Board) approval to LPS 1181 part 1 helps reduce insurance premiums and assures reaction to fire performance.
• FM approval to Class 1 for both roof and wall applications, which includes both fire and structural assessment. This approval allows the Trimapanel® System to be used on buildings requiring FM Global insurance.
• Fire resistance performance of 15 minutes insulation and 4 hours integrity achievable with enhanced fixing methods.
• The Trimapanel® System is unique in carrying the ‘SCI Assessed’ quality mark, which covers third party approval of its structural capability.
• Lower air permeability of the system reduces energy costs, carbon emission rates and facilitates compliance with Building Regulations (Part L2 and TH 6).
• The Trimapanel® System is a sustainable solution with responsible sourcing and traceability of all component materials. All steel elements are produced within the UK through steel production, strip processing, galvanising, coating and profiling facilities.
• Colorcoat® pre-finished steel products are used as standard on the Trimapanel® System offering long term performance and the Confidex® Guarantee providing peace of mind for up to 40 years.
• The system’s carbon footprint is minimised by the manufacturing process being situated adjacent to the Colorcoat® galvanising and pre-paint facility.
• Confidex Sustain®, which offers a CarbonNeutral solution for the building envelope is available with the Trimapanel® System when using Colorcoat HPS200 Ultra® or Colorcoat Prisma®.
• Platinum System Warranty offers a 25 year free material performance cover, including up to a 12 year workmanship guarantee.
