Wall Replacement
This section considers the option of a total refurbishment to an existing wall elevations. This would require full removal of the existing wall envelope back to the existing structural support frame. A list of benefits and possible considerations are listed below when considering this refurbishment option.
| Solution 1: Insulated trapezoidal panel system The Trisomet® 333 System from Tata Steel is an insulated  trapezoidal wall panel system. Its auto-hesively bonded polyisocyanurate (PIR) insulation core uses the latest foam technology providing enhanced environmental benefits (GWP <5), together with fire performance approved by LPCB & FM and fire resistance approval of up to 30 minutes insulation and 240 minutes integrity. The panel can be used either vertically or horizontally. |
| Solution 2: Built-up system Tata Steel built-up systems comprise of a Colorcoat® pre-  finished steel Tata Steel spacer system, an insulation layer and a Colorcoat® pre-finished steel external weathering profile. A comprehensive range of internal and external profiles are available. Systems can be offered both vertically and horizontally with specifications that can provide a wide range of sound reduction and absorption performances and also fire resistance approval of up to 60 minutes insulation and 240 minutes integrity. |
| Solution 3: Insulated micro rib panel system The Tata Steel Trimapanel® System is an insulated, secret-fix  micro ribbed architectural wall-cladding system, which can be used either horizontally or vertically. Its auto-hesively bonded polyisocyanurate (PIR) insulation core uses the latest foam technology providing enhanced environmental benefits (GWP <5) together with fire performance approved by LPCB and FM, and fire resistance approval of up to 15 minutes insulation and 60 minutes integrity. |
| Solution 4: Rainscreen and insulated panel system The combination of the Tata Steel Trimapanel® System as a  backing wall and the Tata Steel StrataScreen rainscreen system can be used to provide a space saving and cost effective high performance architectural solution that provides exceptional flatness and a design flexibility. |
