Our Engineers had to take into consideration the sloping floor within the narrow loading bay, and design a 12m platform that would run parallel to the trailer bed whilst remaining completely stable and level on a gradient for safe loading and unloading.

The solution was to manufacture a semi fixed 'stepped' platform, with half resting on standard caster wheels and the other half resting on wheels that were fixed into purpose built rails to restrict movement.

From initial consultation through to design, manufacture and supply, the entire process only took CEP 3 weeks to complete.
